After 40 years as a law office, the house was renovated, to fix plaster, floors, etc.
The entire house was meshed, polymer coated, then re-plastered. As the house settled cracks formed, which needed repair.
The addition had some low headers, dated paint and flooring that had to be replaced.

As the house aged it started to show, there were cracks to fix, floors to re-finish, re-paint, etc.
A labor of love, the opportunity to have office space in my hometown was impossible to pass up. With the help of my brother-in-law's company, and many that know more about history than I ever will were able to help me with this project. Much is still to be done, as we have just handled some of the inside.
